Sirkus street festival in Reykjavik city centre - July 5-14th

On July 5-14th the streets of Reykjavik come alive with the fabulous sights and sounds of some of the worlds best street performers. With four daily performances in the heart of beautiful downtown Reykjavik on the corner of Austurstræti and Pósthússtræti.

Everyone is invited, Icelanders and visitors alike are invited to the family entertainment on offer and maybe drop a contribution into the hats of the performers afterwards.

“Götugleði” is an Icelandic word meaning streets of joy.
Come and enjoy some fun in the sun.

This street festival is a project by Visit Reykjavik, Sirkús Íslands and Volcano Circus Festival.
