It was a secret who the chef was each time, but the chefs were famous master chefs, Icelandic chefs, farmers and Icelanders all over the country. The kitchen on wheels is called ELDHÚS which is Icelandic for Kitchen. See for yourself.

Welcome to Iceland's little house of food. For twelve days in March 2012, tourists in Iceland were invited to dinner at a traveling kitchen - Iceland´s little house of food. The small house is on wheels and traveled through Iceland for a few weeks and tourists experienced the best food that Iceland has to offer.
