Bam Margera trashed a car in Iceland

Margera made it to the news last summer when he had to pay a large fine for damaging a rental car. He rented the car from Hertz, which started looking for the car when it wasn't returned after the rental contract had expired. The car was found at a hotel in the southwest, where Margera was staying with his partner. The car was all dented, scratched and with paint splashes on it and even inside it.

The police found out that Margera was still in the hotel and that he had missed his flight from Iceland. He therefore decided to use the car for some extra days, neglecting to alert the rental company. In the end he didn't only have to pay for the extra days, but also for the damage, which was estimated 1,1 million ISK ($7750, €5800).
