This is a healthy version of a hamburger with no bread and sweet potatoes instead of normal french fries. Here, sweet potatoes are also used instead of hamburger bread and the hamburger sauce is guacamole. This is a great way to spice things up and a delicious meal that you shouldn´t feel guilty about eating.

Supply of fruits decreased in 2009 and 2010, but increased this year. Last year, 2012, we had 61 kg (134 lbs.) of fruits per capita. The sugar supply did not change much between years and was just over 45 kg (99 lbs.) per capita.

The Myvatn Nature baths are located in a geothermal area just east of the Grjotagja rift and west of the colourful Namafjall mountain. From the facility guests can enjoy a spectacular view over the Lake Myvatn ares.
