The Cosmopolitan recently published an article about Iceland titled "A spa adventure tour in Reykjavik, Iceland". They write that Iceland is fast becoming a hot destination and about the Blue Lagoon they write "it’s a truly amazing spa experience, one to have on the bucket list."

Two guys from the gaming website giantbomb.com visit Iceland to attend the EVE Fanfest 2013. They drink the Icelandic Black Death liquor, eat a sheep head, ride in a super jeep, go to the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa among other things. See their Travelogue here below.
In May 2012, several members of the One Life crew— professional snowboarders Chanelle Sladics, Kjersti Buaas, Sarka Pancochova and Marie France-Roy; musician Cindy Santini; and director Johnny Roderick—took advantage of their shared passions and traveled to the west side of Iceland.
Sea angling has become quite popular in Iceland, especially in the Westfjords. It's always a sign that spring is here when the first tourists go on sea angling tours. The tours are done with small boats made specially for this purpose.
This facility is situated in Laugardalur valley, the center for athletics and recreation in Reykjavík. The area surrounding the pool has paths good for jogging and walking. In winter there are paths for cross-country skiing.
Solheimajokull glacier is a spectacular tongue of ice that flows down from Myrdalsjokull, the fourth largest glacier in Iceland. After only two hours driving along the beautiful south coast you are at the glacier and only have to walk for 10 minutes to get to the ice.
The Top Gear USA Season Finale takes place in Iceland. The episode was aired April 2nd. In the episode the guys go to Iceland to drive to the peak of an active volcano in American built 4x4s. See clips from the episode here below.
Caving in Iceland is a popular activity among tourists. There are many exciting caves all over Iceland, and around the capital, Reykjavik city. There are day tours operated from the capital to some exciting caves not far away. For example the cave Buri is only a 50-minute drive, and a 45-minute hike from Reykjavik. The cave is in Leitahraun lava field in the Reykjanes peninsula. The eruption that formed the Leitahraun-lava field was colossal and therefore the lava tube cave Buri is also massive.
Around three o'clock today rescue teams were sent to Solheimajokull glacier in South Iceland. A man had fallen into a crack on the glacier and was loosing consciousness. A helicopter from the Icelandic Coastal Guard was also sent.
